New email address

I recently changed my place of employment so the email address I use to sign in is no longer valid. It is fine for signing in, but I won't get messages & alerts from the Answers site. Please advise!

I think you can update your email address on your profile on the main support site:
https://support.laserfiche.com/profile/

I tried using this link to update my email address for this exact same situation and the result is a message saying "User update failed. Contact Laserfiche Support."

I had to go through my VAR to communicate with Laserfiche. I could not make the change on my own.
