I don't actually have access to the domain, but if I set the business process to be started by \Everyone shouldn't that include everyone ON AND OFF the domain? Domain users get a 401 unauthorized message while Laserfiche users are allowed to start the process.

Are you using the Client or Web Access? When you say you're off the domain and get a 401 error, do you mean you logged in by typing your domain user name and password? Or do you log into a workgroup or something.

The user is a domain user using the Client. I am logging into the server as a non-domain "workgroup" user. I can't give them direct rights to the Business process, but in the past I have used \Everyone instead which seems to always work. In this case he is getting a 401 Unauthorized error.
