Question

is it possible to not display the image pane in web access 10

asked on September 18, 2017

Is it possible to NOT display the image pane in Web Access 10?  For example, we want to display the text pane, thumbnails and details panes only.  There doesn't seem to be a way to do this?

Thank you,

Franz

C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\Assets\CustomDocView.min

.imagePaneColumn {
    visibility: hidden;
}

William,

We cannot find such file named CustomDocView.min" in the path you have mentioned above. Has it been placed somewhere else?

Hi Franz,

If I understand you correctly, you should be able to disable the Preview Pane like so:

Just uncheck the "Preview" option under Display Options -> Details.

Rob, thanks... good tip, but I want to drop the image pane in the document view.  While you can do this in the Windows client, it is not yet available in the Web client.  I spoke with LF on Monday, and they indicated that it is a miss, and will be added in a future update.
