I have a client that is requesting a feature which allows them to choose to be notified by email when a task becomes suspended. There is already a feature in Forms 10.2 which allows notifications to be turned on for terminated instances of a process, but not suspended instances.
We have a customer that has requested this feature as well.
I would also like to see this feature along with terminated form alerts as well.

Terminated form notifications are already an option in 10.2 and above.

Although this is more of a workaround, it may suit your purposes.
