Failed to verify LDAP configuration

Has anyone else seen this error or knows how to fix it? I didn't find anything helpful in event viewer. I know that the account used for authentication with LDAP works and exists.

Hi Lidija,

The error "The object does not exist" means the "Base distinguished name" is invalid/does not exist. Can you double check that setting?

Yes, I had to go through the entire list (40-some licenses) to find the one that was no longer there and remove it. Is there a better way to fix this in the future?

I think we can improve the error message to show which one is invalid. Will that work for you?

Hi, I had to go through the entire list to find the one that was no longer there (or could be a user account that moved to a different OU) and remove it.
