Hi Banan, If I'm reading your question properly, this functionality is not built into Laserfiche, but is available as an add-on from a Laserfiche Partner.
I would suggest you contact the company at this link as they offer an integrated product with MS Exchange/Outlook that aligns with your ask.

LF launched a feature called EMail Archiver which is included in the Import Agent 10.3 release.
The info in the manual can be found here.
This is not the same as EMail Manager I mentioned before, but another option to capturing email into Laserfiche. As far as Syncing goes Email Manager may still be a better fit but this is new to us all so much to learn.
