Our customer would like the MS Office plug-in to prompt them (via the plug-in) about sending a mail message (with/without attachments) to Repository whenever they sent an email from Outlook.
This is kind of serious request from them. They are working with achieving and tracking a lot of emails in daily day and really need help from the Office plug-in to notify them when create a new email that it should be achieved in repository or not and if it is, user could click "OK" button then the email should automatically save to repository after sending.
To help them out, our suggestion is the steps follow,
1. Create new email from Outlook and send it.
2. Wait until sent email appear in sent folder(in Outlook).
3. Click to select that sent email file in sent folder, click Laserfiche (Office plug-in) from the blue ribbon then click save to [folder name].
Are there any other ways to accomplish this or any ways to simplify our solution?
