LaserApp (Desktop) Integration & Schwab Portal

I have a client that is using the LaserApp integration and they are running into an issue.  When we open a LaserApp form within the LaserApp client the "Post all forms > Save to laserfiche" buttons appear on the toolbar.

However, this client primarily opens LaserApp forms from the Schwab portal/dashboard.  When forms are opened in this way, the only option is "Post to SAC(Schwab)".  Is there a way to use the LaserApp Laserfiche integration with forms that are opened via the Schwab portal?

From your description, it sounds like the portal is using the web-based Laser App Anywhere.  It is possible to integrate with this.  Technologically, it's fundamentally different from Laser App Enterprise, and it requires that the Laser App server be able to connect to a machine on your network in order to send the documents into your repository.  The setup is described here.
