Web Client Recycle Bin - Restore to Specified Folder

Is the option to Restore to Specified Folder available in the Web Client?

Perhaps I am just missing something obvious setting but it does not appear to be available

The recycle bin in the web client will first try to restore to the original location. If this is not possible, it will then provide an option to restore to a specified alternate location.
