Web Access Printing Issues with Internet Explorer

Hello,

I'm working on an issue where one of our customers is unable to print from Web Access in Internet Explorer. We tested that we can print from Chrome without issue, but the users need to use IE, as Chrome is not an option for them. We have the Web Access URL added as a trusted site in IE and allowed pop-ups as well.

When we try to print in IE, the tab it opens is a blank black page. (See screenshot.)

I searched through Answers and have not found any posts related to this previously.

Hi Aharon,

I have a customer with IE 11.0.9600.18816 and LF 10.2.1 and a very similar issue but receiving blank pages. I'm using IE 11.674.15063.0 and LF 10.2.1 under Windows 10 and having no issues.

Also, am having no issues with Firefox or Chrome. The customer is having no issues under Chrome either.
