ACTION HISTORY send by email notification

I added email service task in process diagram form , and we added the users to receive email notification they revived it without action history

there is any way to send action history by email when we notify users

There is not a way to include the Action History when sending a copy of a form using Forms. You can save the form with the Action History in the repository and have workflow send the email instead though.

Hey Blake,

Thanks for the reply and the help. I am fairly new to workflow but I've got one created and it's returning the right information I am looking for and the email is attaching the correct form and other documentation, I am just a little unsure of how to configure the starting rule so that it monitors the folder for new sub-folders. Any ideas with this?

I would just manually create a folder that they all get saved into. Have Workflow monitor that folder for new documents that are created.

Hi, we now support include action history in Email Notification on Forms 11 Update 4.

Here is a video that shows how to configure it using the Save to Repository task, but it is setup the same way for email notifications:
