Not able to save an email to Laserfiche Repository from Outlook.

Hello Team,

I am having issues while attempting to save an email to Laserfiche on Outlook.  When going on Save to Laserfiche, the Laserfiche Repository Screen appears with the available repositories, the required repository is selected, and  we are asked for the windows or password authentication after which the below screen is displayed.

 While selecting an available folder on the repository, it would not allow me to proceed, the OK button is greyed out, see below:

Also see screen that appears when assigning a particular template.

I doubled checked the rights on the particular folder needed on Laserfiche and tried creating a new folder giving access rights to that user, but the folder would not appear on the above screens displayed.

Can you please advise what may be solution to this issue?

It looks like you're trying to save it at the root of the repository. Our configuration prohibits users from doing that. Have you tried saving it to a subfolder within the repository, and without a template selected?
