Good afternoon,
 
One of users received this error code (See Below) when trying to generate an email from a file in order send the files to a contractor. 
He’s using Laserfiche Avante 10.2 and MS Office 2016 and the Windows 7 OS.
He was however able to generate the email in the opposite direction by opening an email from the Outlook Ribbon option and adding files.
