Forms Signature within mobile browser does display in correct orientation

asked on September 5, 2017

How can can I fix the display of a signature field to open centered on the screen and in the correct orientation on form within mobile browser?

When selecting form Signature field displayed within a Mobile browser in portrait, the signature field opens in Landscape, to enter a signature I need to scroll form to center field and turn off mobile device Auto Rotate feature.

Did anyone find a solution to this? It's a major issue for our users working in the field. To answer Aaron's questions: it works properly in simulation mode on Chrome/Windows 10, and it's a problem on Android and iOS, various models of each

This is still an issue using the latest Forms 10.x and on mobile devices.

this is still an issue and is very inconsistent - I normally use the browsers built on test device dimensions and it isn't consistent between that, a regular responsive browser window, and any mobile device

I don't have a great deal of experience with laserfiche mobile however this doesn't look like standard behaviour.

Could you try opening the form in chrome on a desktop and use the developer tools(f12) to place the page into device mode (ctr-shift-m). Do you experience the same issue when using the signature in this mode?

Also have you tried this on any other mobile devices?
