Disable Save to Laserfiche Forms 10.2.1.205 in Process?

We have a client that is still using the Save to Laserfiche feature that has been deprecated since the Save to Repository task has been available. They are working on moving those processes off of the Save to Laserfiche feature, but when we go to the Process Options page there is no option to disable the feature for that specific process. Where can this be done at? They are using Forms 10.2.1.205.

Hi Blake,

The "Save to Laserfiche" option is right below the "Terminated Process Notification" option if it's available.

The option would hide if the Save to Laserfiche is disabled on Formsconfig site, Laserfiche page.

And if the Save to Laserfiche is disabled on Formsconfig, the Save to Laserfiche function on individual process should have stopped working.

The Save to Laserfiche is enabled on Formsconfig, but it is not showing below the "Terminated Process Notification" option.

I can't see how this could happen. Can you open a support case for the issue?

A case has been opened with Laserfiche Support.
