In referencing the Help files for the Web Client, it mentions that a full Version History dialog box can be opened by right clicking on the document and selecting Version History, using the Tasks menu, or Clicking the toolbar button. I've tried right clicking the document and no option to open Version History is present. I also don't have option for Tasks menu or toolbar button in the Web Client. Use Case:
Be able to see the changes to the template of a version of the electronic document (Word document) saved in Laserfiche.
Currently I can only see basic information when I click on the Versions link in the Metadata tab in the Details pane.
I can access the prior version's history if I use the desktop client, but I don't have that deployed for most users and would like to be able to educate them on how to see these changes in the Web Client. Looking for some assistance, thanks!
