Laserfiche client didn't ask my password and return error 9013

Hi all,

 

When I'm trying to connect to my repository using Laserfiche Client, it doesn't ask me to login and it return me the error 9013.

 

The login page (look below) doesnt exist anymore.

 

 

Under Laserfiche Administration Console, no prob. I can log-in.

 

This is the error.

Code d'erreur: 9013
Message d'erreur: Permission refusée.
Accès refusé. [9013]

I found my error. Sorry for the post.

I need to uncheck "Use Windows Authentification".

Your first screenshot looks like it has Use Windows Authentication turned on.  If you are trying to log in to client as Admin you should uncheck the Windows Authentication box.

Something else to check is if your Credential Manager on your computer is holding onto an old set of credentials. If so, clear them out and you should be good.
