Activation Error

Dear All,

I try to activate the Laserfiche server but received following error.

  "The remote server returned an error:(502) Bad Gateway."

 

 also on Support site not able to see Product Activation Key. FYI

is anyone face this error before?

This is also a problem for us. 

 

Went to do an install at a customers site for the third week in a row the activation site is down.

 

It seems the activation site is down.

did you report this issue to Laserfiche as the 3rd week is going on?

Shanghai are currently working on this issue, as a matter of urgency.

Im also experiencing this issue, and cant proceed with installs that have been scheduled for today. Can we get an update or workaround please?

Also just an interestsing FYI guys, the support site also seems to be having issues. I can't see any customers LSAP details, serial numbers etc.?..
