Got Error message when setting receive time from MS Outlook to a template field.

Hi everyone,

    I got an error message when sending receive time from MS Outlook to a template field or I even tried to set default date/time value to a date/time field of template field  and sent the email file with that template from outlook to repository. Our Version is LF Avante 10.2.1 and we use MS Office 365.

 

This was not any error messages when creating a new file with this default date/time of the template in repository.

Is this involve setting format date in MS outlook?

and how could I do? Really need help!
