I think I may have found a limit within QF.  I had a collection of about 300 templates for scanning invoices till the system crashed hard last night and lost 2/3 of the templates. I have tried to recover the lost work but to no avail.  I read in this article, https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/88163/Quick-Fields-Document-Classification-Limitations  that it is best to do a presort to keep the collection sizes down and improve speed.  I am inquiring if there are any guides or best practices to set up the presort.   I am currently on quick fields 9.0

I am also inquiring if there is any best practices for first page recognition.  I have been using zone OCR with a contains option which seems to work well but can be hit or miss.
