Web Access - Defaults to login screen when all licenses are in use

Recently upgraded Client from Laserfiche 9.2 to 10.2.1. They are on Laserfiche United.

Configured Web Access to use Integrated logon using Windows Authentication. When the the maximum number of sessions have been reached, and user attempts to use Web Access, it defaults back to the logon screen for logon. Client is wondering why they aren't receiving the max number of sessions or all licenses are in use for a scenario like this?

 

Is this a change in Web Access 10?

The idea is that we don't want the first thing a user sees to be an error when they haven't necessarily done anything wrong.  It can be a little confusing if they were expecting to be automatically logged in, but we felt it was the better user experience.

I don't recall if this was a change from previous versions.
