We have a user who was able to print documents from Web Access 10.2 Google Chrome without any issues until yesterday. Now the document viewer opens but does not print in Google Chrome. I have removed and added the Laserfiche Web Extension and also uninstalled and reinstalled Google Chrome several times. We also did the full reboot two times. I was able to log into the computer with another user account and print from Chrome with no issues. I have narrowed it down that it is an issue on the user's profile, but I am not sure how to find and resolve the problem without deleting and recreating the user's profile.
