My question is related to how Forms calculates metrics for the performance and operational dashboards.

How does Forms measure a day? 

• Is it the 24 hours from the starting time of an instance or task?
• Is it 24 hours starting at midnight?  (Therefore any task that carried over midnight would accumulate an additional day?
