So, who is ready for Empower 2018?

posted on August 28, 2017

I've had some incredible times and met some awesome people at Empower over the years.

Each year I look forward to it.

What do you look forward to?  Are you ready?

Hi Michael and all,

This is the big training week every year (I'm based in Scotland), so learning about new features and getting some tricky problems solved is as high on the list. As is meeting up with the regular conference crowd; my once-per-year social group (or Laserfiche Anonymous support group?)! This year I'll also be visiting relatives in Florida and Seattle on the way over.

I'm also looking forward to presenting for my second time at the conference! You should come :)

Greetings Ben!

I think of it like a big "Laserfiche Family Reunion"  : )

I'd love to come to your session, but I'm presenting one of my sessions at the same time:

  • Live Long and Process—Tips for Planning & Designing Your Automation Project
    • Thursday 1/11; 1:30-2:30 PM

Would still love to meet you, though!  I'm in two other sessions I'm EXTREMELY excited about, but not sure if they are up yet.  : )

Who else?

Hi Michael,

I like the sound of your presentation too. What are two session are they? Sounds like you might be on a panel.

And yes, it'll be good to meet you finally!

-Ben

Ben - I can tell you that one of the sessions is "What I Wish I Had Known Before I Automated My Process" on Wednesday at 11.

This was a panel from last year, and one of the best panels I have ever been on.  We were able to talk about, in a good way, some of the issues we encountered over the years.  The tone was about giving the advice we had learned across the years.

I don't even know who the other panellists are, but I know I am one.  :)

The third session - you will have to wait and see... :)
