We experienced a power outage over the weekend which caused all of our servers to shut down improperly. Everything was powered back up the next day. We discovered this morning that no one can log in to the Laserfiche system. We use Windows Authentication. The Laserfiche and DNC servers are running and have been rebooted several times in an attempt to correct the issue. We also attempted stopping/restarting the Authentication services, and rebooting PCs, but have had no luck. No other systems are having issues. And we are also unable to login to the Admin Console - same error. The error message is attached.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
