The email approval service is not enabled

Good Day

Any of you found this error on Event Viewer for Laserfiche Forms.

Forms tasks get stuck at email, not suspended but "In Progress"

Hello August, in the Forms Configuration page > E-mail Settings > E-mail Approval Server can you confirm that the polling interval is set to a nonzero value? If it is, try setting it to 0, saving, and then setting it back to the original value to "restart" the approval service.

Thanks for the reply. I am not using the Email Approval at this stage and is not configured.

The hold up is just in the business process we have Email notifications to the users. This is where the hold up is. It keeps saying  "In Progress" but it does not complete.

 

I have tried stopping and starting Forms Routing, and some of them did complete, but some is still stuck in that status.

I will try to update forms to 10.2.1 Update 1

Ok I have run the update but still no joy
