When I enter dates into a date field on the Windows client, I only have to enter a two digit year and it auto populates the four digit year for me.  Example:  I enter "17" and tab out of the field and it auto populates to "2017".  This doesn't work on the Web Client.  You have to enter the entire 4 digit year.  Can this be changed on the Web Client?
