Export Timeout

Is there a way to set the timeout for an electronic document download/export? We ran into a bug in LF in which downloading an electronic document can hang, and as a possible workaround, we noticed it times out after 15 minutes. Is there a setting where we can change this timeout? We found in the error logs a possible attribute called '[Settings]ExportLoopTimeout' but creating this and tweaking the value doesn't seem to have the desired effect. Is there any other attribute / Reg Key / File Setting that could give us this?

Try 10.0 instead of 10.1. for the registry key name.

On the client machine, create the following DWORD in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Laserfiche \LFSO\<LFVERSION>\ReceiveTimeoutSeconds

Replace <LFVERSION> with the version of the client, e.g. 9.2, 10.0, 10.2. You will need to experiment to find a good timeout, I suggest starting with 120 (2 minutes).

Hmm... the reg key didn't change the timeout it appears. Double checked the version (10.1) and made sure the reg Keys were correct, rebooted.. is there anything else i should be checking for? We tried 10 seconds to test things and it didn't seem to change our issue.
