Web Administration Index (or Unindex) Multiple Fields at Once

We are currently trying to follow the following help file but are not having any luck in finding where to perform this task.

I've checked the Web Admin Console on 10.2 and 10.1 and I do not see any buttons or an option to bring up more buttons as described in step 7 in the link. Has this functionality been removed or relocated?

As the bottom of the help file notes, its documentation is specific to version 10 and it does appear that this functionality wasn't passed over to the Management page. I'll certainly pass this along to our internal team.

Hi Mitch,

Several configuration options including metadata management have been moved from the Web Admin console over to the Management page. Logging in as an admin account to the Web Client:

On the left navigation pane, there is tab named "Metadata" in which you can index or un-index fields.

As it states in the help file, there should be a way to index or un-index multiple fields at once. When i select more than one field I do not see any options to do this, or a 'More Options' menu button. Has this functionality been removed?

Quote from Help File:

"7. Click the Index button to index the fields, or the Unindex button to unindex them. If you do not see these buttons, click >> to see more toolbar buttons."
