QuickField File input/output error

Hi,

we are facing a problem in Quick Fields giving ( File input/output error. ) when storing the documents into the repository.

Are there any errors in the event log on the server?

Is this all quick fields sessions or just some?  Is it every time or just sometimes?  Are the sessions running manually or through quick fields agent?

Its happening sometimes either when we are scanning from laserfiche client or through Quick Fields, error logged in Quick Fields is :

File input/output error.    8/26/2017 8:10:52 AM    1    Interop.LFSO90Lib, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=607dd73ee2bd1c00

I think Jennifer meant the event log on the Laserfiche Server as this is a server, not Quick Fields error. It usually means that the volume you're trying to store to is out of space.
