Electronic File preview not displaying capture of form results

The current set up I am testing with is:

DMZ forms 10

Internal forms 10

Laserfiche RIO 10. This process worked on the internal forms server and captured a preview of the form with the completed data as either TIFF or PDF

I have set up a basic process with a Save to respository task

-Save the submitted form from this process step ( the form name )

-Save as PDF

When I submit the form, the PDF is created in the defined repository location, but the electronic file preview doesn't capture anything, see attached image.

maybe I missed something on the DMZ forms server install ?

O geez.. I clicked "Download" of the form after submission and I see the error now.

The Forms database is from a later version than the current Forms product. To resolve this issue, please contact your Laserfiche administrator.

Which happens to be me :) so I 'll try to fix that now and see how it goes

I did a full removal of forms on the internal forms server. then a full reinstall. configured the DB settings.. it showed there was "already a DB, would you like to register", saved the settings

and tested from the DMZ forms and am now able to capture the completed form.

Hope this helps if anyone else is having issues.
