Is there a way to tag multiple documents at once?

In the Client? You can multi-select and choose View Tags from the Tasks menu to assign the desired tag(s). In Web Access, this action can be done from the Metadata tab after selecting multiple documents.

I don't think so, your best bet is probably a for each entry loop to tag a collection of documents.

Not sure why I assumed you meant through Workflow haha.
