Laserfiche Account Conversion Utility Site

Hello,

 

Is the site to download the Laserfiche Account Conversion Utility down or unreachable at this time?

 

We have browsed to the following URL and received a 404 error:

 

https://support.laserfiche.com/GetFileRepositoryEntry.aspx?id=2181

 

Also, is this utility supported in Version 10 of Laserfiche?

I would greatly appreciate some assistance in this.

Yes, the trustee structure hasn't changed.

I think they must have accidentally deleted the page. They have a blog article with a dead link pointing to that page too.
