I want to create a calendar that pings people when an upcoming deadline is approaching.   Is there a calendar that you can add those types of events to?   And can different people be identified to be pinged when the date is approaching?

I am not actually using LF yet, but we will be using it beginning next months, so I was looking for information before we get started.
