Question

Remove Header and Footer while printing documents from WebAccess

asked on August 21, 2017

Hello,

When printing documents from WebAccess 10.2.1 using Internet Explorer 11, the printout comes with the Web page headers and footer on each page, as shown in the attached sample.

Is it possible to remove them? I couldnt find the way to do it.

Thank you and best regards,

Have you tried turning off the headers and footers in IE itself instead of through Laserfiche?  In IE you can click on the Gear icon to open the settings and select print.  From the print menu you can choose the page set up.  That will open a dialog box with options for the headers and footers.
