I have noticed sometimes when a form is completed and it gets saved over into LaserFiche only the Action History Page is saving over, and the form is not. I see this happening with shorter forms like 2 pages long. Does anyone know why this happens, or what would cause this to happen? If they run the form again it saves fine.

Only the Include Action History page is saving in LaserFiche

Does this happen on all forms? Or just 1 specific form?
Have you looked in Audit trail for the entry ID to trace the history and make sure it wasn't kicking off a random workflow, or getting overwritten at some point, or something weird?
Only happens on some forms so far. I've noticed that it happens on shorter process forms.
On the forms it is happening on, does it happen every time?
It doesn't happen every time. It seems kind of random. It will happen once then if you re-do the form it will go through just fine.
Hi Charlie, did running that script help? We are experiencing a very similar issue with Forms 10.2.1.205

I didn't run the script, but we did have our laserfiche server restarted, and after that we haven't seen this happened for a while now.
that's good news to hear. did you have to do anything with the SQL server since it was a timing issue with the SQL server?
Oddly enough we didn't do anything with the SQL Server.
Hi Alex, my customer wants to test the script that was provided. They have already restarted their LF server twice and the issue still occurs. The question now is what exactly does the script do to the Forms database when the script runs?
I had seen similar issues while saving Laserfiche forms to repository.
What format are you saving the form as (pdf or tiff). Please change the format and try again. Incase if it is saved as pdf, recommend to install pdf reader on the machine as well.
The times Laserfiche Support has seen this issue, it was due to a timing issue. Please backup the Forms database and then run the following query against it:
insert into cf_options values ('WkhtmltopdfArguments', ' --no-stop-slow-scripts --javascript-delay 2000')
Make sure to use the exact query from above so it's best to copy/paste. Also, the leading space in front of --no-stop-slow-scripts is required.
After making the change, restart the Forms Routing service and see if that addresses the matter.
