Changing ports for Forms

We have someone that wants to only change the ports that Laserfiche Forms uses.  Is there a guide on doing this?  Since it is part of Default Website is that done in IIS?  Does anyone know what else would need to be changed?  We don't have anyone else requesting this so have never done it before.

Do you have other applications runs under Default Web Site? The port can only be changed from Site level on IIS, so if you only want to change the port for Forms while there are other applications as well,  then you need to add another site under Sites from IIS Manager, then change the port for that site. Then reinstall Forms, during installation, you will be asked to select the site to be used for Forms, at then, you can choose the custom site you created instead of "Default Web Site".
