I have the following scenario:

1. User goes to a documentation folder to open a Spill Response form (this is a Word Document)
2. User edits this two page form filling in fillable fields in the form
3. User gets to last page of form and gets a 9013 error on one of the last fields.
4. User then goes to save document to Laserfiche as New Document and it only saves the blank version of the form without any of the field information just entered.

The rights of this user are the same as my test user and I'm not seeing the same thing there.
