I can sign in and edit documents as needed through Photodocs, but when I tried training another user how to use Photodocs, the option to click on it was greyed out. What could cause that? The user has security permission to edit documents.

Have you checked the rights on the group/user in Admin Console versus rights on the folder/document? Does the user/group have the Process right?

That box is already checked. So, they should have permission to Process, correct? The only boxes that are unchecked under Feature Rights for that username are Delete, Migrate Documents, and Apply Optional Watermarks.
That user is not part of any group.
EDIT: The documents in question also do not have any template assigned yet, so I don't think it can be a field or template security hangup. I know they have volume permission, because this was the same user who scanned these records into the repository, and nothing has moved or migrated.
