Quick Fields - Slowness after upgrade

We recently upgraded from Quick Fields 8 to 9.2 and now we are experiencing this terrible slowness. Sometimes takes 20+ minutes to process a batch and send the session back into Laserfiche. Has anyone experienced this after going from 8 to 9.2? I'd appreciate any help, our vendor seems to be at a loss as to why this is happening.

Are you using the Laserfiche Capture Engine?  This same issue is being seen with Quick Fields 10.2 and they have issued a few hotfixes.  Have you checked to see if there are any hotfixes for 9.2 that you have not installed?

Have you run a process while quick fields is open?  Try to see if there is an obvious slow down in a specific action?  Such as it is really slow retrieving the pages but then processes them fast?

Yes that's exactly the problem! Really slow at retrieving, but once it does it processes them pretty quickly. We didn't have this problem before we upgraded. Sorry I wasn't more clear on the issue. I'm kind of the middle man here trying to figure this out :)

Hah sorry I said Quick Fields 9 but I meant 10. I'm trying the latest hotfix now. We'll see what happens!

Thanks for the suggestion Jennifer, the hotfix KB1013873 for QF 10.1 got this fixed!
