Hello!
The title is a mess - sorry about that. I have a customer who is looking to set up a custom report. Currently, the users of the Form processes enter an address, and then fill out a table with data points pertaining to the address entered. As such, the customer is wanting to set up a report such that he can select the address and reproduce the accompanying table, presumably without using SQL lookups. Currently he is only able to produce the image attached, which isn't what he wants, obviously.
Is there a way to easily accomplish this?
