My client is encountering an issue where they have some old scans that are not displaying their dimension info. We have verified that the database has the info set to 0 for all dimensions and DPI, but that re-importing the images does not resolve this issue so it seems the images themselves don't have any data on the dimensions.

We are trying to find a way to get the dimensions info back into the images. Does anyone know of a program that can be recommended that would do this? So far I haven't been able to find such a program.

Laserfiche has also verified that the images are originating without this information, and that the problem that might have caused it is related to the scanner used back then most likely, if that makes a difference.
