Question

After uploading a document with the attach field in Laserfiche Forms, how do I open up the document in the next steps of the process?

I've tried clicking, ctrl + clicking and right clicking to open the attachment but nothing works and if I try to open in a new tab/ window I just get a blank white screen with nothing loaded.

Is there a special setting I need to have or a certain browser I need to run this in? I'm currently using Chrome as IE times out because of all the field rules.

I discovered I can download the files off the form in Internet Explorer. However, we are looking to utilize chrome instead. I am still currently looking how to fix that issue, any suggestions would be extremely appreciated.

It works for me: I uploaded the file in new submission and I can download it on user task on Chrome:

Have you tried if downloading work on the same step that you uploaded the files?
