We have a fundraising form that includes a start and end date. WF creates an iCal file and emails it to the campus with the invitation to accept the dates for the event. This piece works fine. What I'm wanting to create is an additional iCal file that pushes these dates/event onto a shared calendar (with upper Admin) so that all events are in one place.
Does anyone know if this is possible/the best way? I tried adding the shared calendar link (it's a public calendar) into the URL settings for the iCal that is being created with no success. I can successfully push events to the main calendar, just not a created/shared one. I'm using iCal events with Google Calendars.
