window authentication user has "Read-only" after logging in the Laserfiche Client

I have a Windows Account user that once they logged in the Laserfiche client - it's has Read-Only at the top.  I have removed their account from the admin console and LFDS and then re-added.  I also removed the attributes.  I'm not sure where else to look.  None of the other users that are in the same repository group is having this problem.

please help.

The workaround I have created a repository user and password account.

Rights inheritance propagates through windows groups. Is it possible that a windows group the user is in was flagged as read-only?

Having the same issue... Amanda were you ever able to determine a solution? We also have a repository user workaround; but would prefer the security work as expected.
