Error logging in: unable to intercept the Print Screen hot key

I'm getting this error message for a group I just created.  This group should not have export rights.  I have already tried the workaround according to KB 1013377.  Is there another solution to bypass this error message if the user should not have export rights?

I was able to change the hotkey for our screen capture software to something other than "Print Screen" and the conflict was gone.
