ASP.NET Forms authentication should be enabled for Forms.

I am getting the following error when trying to log into Forms:

ASP.NET Forms authentication should be enabled for Forms. [LFF2300-AuthenticationDisabled]

 

My IIS config is as follows:

 

How can I resolve?

You need to enable Forms authentication for the Forms site. Windows authentication is not needed, you can disable it.
