I can't see how many licenses I have

When I open LF Administrator Console 10.2 (this problem was also present on version 10 and 10.1) and "Named User and Device licenses assigned" shows zero. Total Named User Licenses shows 1.

My boss can log in and see that we have many licenses but I can't see this.

I am supposed to be taking over LF administration duties but I think there's something not configured correctly.

 

Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you all for your help!

Hi Kevin,

Check to see if you are a member of the system managers group. This is based off of your windows credentials. By default, local admins on the machine running the Laserfiche Server are members, and additional users can be explicitly added.
