Submitted form goes to recycle bin

I am trying to get a submitted form to be saved in Laserfiche to a certain folder.

It makes it to Laserfiche, but then goes directly into the recycle bin.  I have had this issue before and was able to resolve it, but do not remember how I did it.

Any help would be great!

Can you send a screenshot of how your Save to Repository step is set up?  Are there any workflows that run on the folder you are saving them into that might be triggered and deleting them?  Have you checked the audit trail to see what is happening to them?  Have you checked the Subscriber Tracer in Workflow Admin Console to see if it is triggering a workflow?

It is working now.  I made a change that I thought I had already tried and now it is sending a copy of the form to the folder I had specified

I think the change was selecting "Save Form with Current Process Data".  Also, this is just using Forms.  There are no associated Workflows.
