Quick Fields Agent not working when images have been scanned from LF in a tiff format

Hi all,

I am scheduling a QF session using Quick Fields Agent and it is not retrieving from the search directory. The images have been scanned from a scanner outside laserfiche in a tiff format.

The summary in the History of Quick Fields Agent is showing that the pages has been stored in repository but it is marked as unidentified document.

Also when using Quick Fields interface to scan from this search directory, it is showing as unidentified document.

 

Thanks to advise how to make the scanned document identify the document classes of the session

What are you using to identify the document in your session?
